  Mark is the best realtor we've ever worked with hands down. He'll fight for you and get stuff done. So many other realtors drag their feet. He's also very connected and can get you setup with excellent lenders and insurance.

  Over the past ten years we have bought and sold a few homes. Mark is by far the hardest working real estate agent we had the pleasure of working with. He was a great listener and worked diligently to put us into our newest home. We absolutely would use him again!

  Mark Hunolt purposefully kept us from retrieving our personal belongings from a house he sold for us. And just now is trying to resell the same house and in the description he posts the fencing which belongs to my husband and I. Horrible Broker and should lose his license. I would say a few choice words to this @#$%#$ of a man. You lie in your remarks and we kept all your text messages to prove you wrong. Liar.

  Dealt with Mark. Drove 4 hours to see a house after we scheduled to see it and he never showed up. I made an offer he responded that it went contingent. Did not take me seriously so I got another realtor involved. He would not respond to any text or calls from my realtor. When he did it was days later. It took two weeks for him to present my backup offer to his client. Totally unprofessional and his text never made sense and story wasn't straight. Not even sure if the seller ever did get word of the backup offer.
